Ayurveda
Ayurveda is a system of conventional, long-established and time-honored medication owing its origin to India yet practiced all over the world for its nature of permanent curing nature. Ayurveda is considered as a Complementary Alternative Medicine with effective medical and surgical procedures for a wide variety of diseases which pose a threat across the world. This system of medicine considers Nature as its fundamental and phenomenal centre and thereby all the pills are closely associated with the naturally available herbs, plants and trees. It emphasizes the importance of Yoga and Meditation for the human well being. The Ayurvedic medicines have been recommended by saints in the scripts of the early centuries as a part of their famous epics or inscription. The Ayurvedic Dietetics refers to a set of dietary mechanisms concerned with the balanced diet administration for the individual. Most of the central ideas of Ayurveda originate from Budhist and Hindu scripts especially the Vedas. The traditional medicines like medicinal herbs and medicinal oils provide an effective ailment for the diseases.
