Hygiene

Hygiene is defined as a set of activities or practices associated with conservation and perpetuation of health in a human being. These set of practices involves medicated support as well as healthy practices for the professional and personal well being of the human phase. It refers to a set of pre-emptive measures to circumvent the incidence and spread of diseases which pose a serious threat to the human being. Hygienics is the art or science associated with protection and maintenance of health. There are several stipulations proposed for Hygiene. The Medical Hygiene requires a medicated organization to support the infrastructure of the society. Personal hygiene refers to personal concern of the individual towards maintenance of physical fitness and well being. Culinary Hygiene refers to a set of practices associated with management of quality and quantity of food to maintain perfect well being of individual.
It is well known that hygienic practices have been carried out right from the early ages of civilization. Healthy practices like maintenance of proper sanitary facilities, regular washing of body, brushing twice a day etc., all counts up effectively to stay away from diseases.
