Cant stress enough on the importance of minimizing Stress

Stress has always been a challenge in all of our daily lives.What is Stress? Have to say that the definition of Stress varies from person to person. Even the American Institute of Stress says that Stress is difficult to define because of the different symptoms occurring in each of us. Winning a race or election might be more stressful than losing but don't we all strive achieve success despite that stress?Upto an extent, increase in productivity can be achieved by an increase in stress. But care should be taken to ensure that our health does not rapidly deteriorate and not surprisingly even that level also differs for each of us. Each of us have to find the right amount of permissible stress suitable to each of our bodies. If we do find this limit and restrict ourselves to it, we can utilize stress for constructive rather than destructive purposes. I say this because recent studies have shown that stress can cause a positive aspect on our health as well, though only under certain conditions. Stress can have drastic effects on our body weight. But, as we all know, it’s impossible to completely eliminate stress.It can only be minimized and each of us have to take the efforts to do so.
