Exercise has the potential to improve your way of life-both physically and mentally. Exercise is especially important for overweight people with type 2 diabetes. But,one shouldn't try to over-work the body initially. It is always important to start small and then gradually increase the amount of exercise that you do. It has been recommended by the American Diabetes Association that a person should exercise for at least 2 1/2 hours per week besides consuming sufficient fiber through his diet. Another interesting fact that has come to light is that moderate amount of alcohol can increase the chances of preventing alcohol although taking it in excess can severely damage several organs of the body. Further, it has been brought to our notice that breastfeeding can prevent type 2 Diabetes from occurring amongst mothers. Ingestion of certain foods or drugs can help with Diabetes prevention and management.
